We all get injuries and aches and pains when working out or during our everyday life, some times they go away and other times we need a little extra help to clear them up.

If you need a little extra help go along to Physio Rehab based at the Aquatics Centre on Elstree Ave and I am sure one of their staff can help you out.

Physio Rehab has a close working relationship with Tamaki Recreation Centre and have been a strong support of our facility since we opened in 2002.

If you need their services they do a special deal for current members of the centres fitness suite, see our Reception Staff for a referral card and then go along or call them on 09 527 26 16 to arrange an apointment.
